The Human Optimisation Process is designed to take you step by step, day by day through the process of regeneration with the ultimate goal to transform the functionality of your body.
Over six months, we work together to systematically improve the key variables that influence human performance and wellbeing. This will likely include movement quality, nutrition, sleep, light exposure, stress management, daily habits and environmental factors. Every intervention is selected because it is appropriate for you. This is you handing over the keys to the experts and allowing us to micromanage you towards better performance.
The Functional Patterns methodology goes way deeper than just exercise and this highly personalised process requires commitment, honesty and a willingness to make meaningful change. For that reason, places are limited and entry is by application only.

$16,000 AUD – Paid in full
$18,000 AUD – Two payments of $9,000
$769 AUD/week – Weekly payments over six months
Suitable applicants will be invited to complete a 90-minute paid Human Optimisation Assessment, where we will assess your movement and current lifestyle before determining whether the program is the right fit.
